Triveni Youth Program 2022/23
This year-long program - consisting of four onsite workshops and several Zoom Sharing Circles - is for teens and young adults interested in self-discovery, and who wish to learn how to better express themselves in empowered and connected ways.
In addition to the themes of the program's workshops, participants are enjoying the beauty of the Arizona high desert, dancing, many forms of artistic expression, and the occasional trip to the Verde River for a swim.
This program is for you if you are interested in building strong friendships based in honesty and trust, and in developing deeper self-acceptance.
The magic of the landscape and the contemplative environment of the Triveni Ashram invites you to explore your own spirituality and connection to the world at large, in whatever ways feel right to you.
In this program, there will be no preaching theoretical lectures. Instead, this program is about your personal experiences and connections with others in kindness, curiosity, honesty, love and empowerment.

Introductory Weekend
Expressing and dealing with emotions
September 2 - 5, 2022
This workshop will lay the foundation for our work together. We will focus on healthy ways to express emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, shame, and joy, and on how to invite more excitement and aliveness into life.
Through dance, art, sharing, and conversation we will explore the basics of emotional intelligence and getting to know your True Self, outside of the roles and masks we sometimes wear.
We create safe spaces for sharing and connecting, allowing us to build friendships based on acceptance, respect, and vulnerability versus judgment and mistrust.
The suggested donation for this weekend-workshop is $200 including onsite accommodation and meals.
Scholarships are available.
