Appearance Day is a three-day, celebratory event held every year on Lee’s ashrams. At Triveni Ashram, this the time when the guru's birthday (November 18) and mahasamadhi (death day, November 16) are traditionally honored with the experiential invocation of powerful spaces through ritual, meditation, talks, feasting, chanting, music, seva (service), and spontaneous moments of communion.
We request that all onsite participants in the Appearance Day Celebration week of November 12-18 (whether vaccinated or not) test negative for Covid within three days of coming to the Ashram. This includes coming to meals only or any single event indoors or out. The Ashram residents will be following the protocol as well.
